In your 15-minute consult you will learn how health coaching can help you reach your goals, how you start to make changes that fit into your lifestyle and your schedule, and if The Balanced Body is a good fit for your needs. We discuss the process and what to expect.
Foundation
Once we decide to work together, we will schedule a more in-depth 60-minute session. During this time, we will explore your personal story and uncover what truly matters to you.
You will clarify your broader purpose and core values, while we highlight your unique strengths and what sets you apart. This session is an opportunity to assess your current situation, envision your ideal future, and collaboratively create an initial plan to help you reach your goals.
Follow-Up
In these 30-45 minute sessions, we build on your progress by focusing on actionable steps, learning objectives, or thought processes to guide your path ahead. I support you in establishing strategies to stay on course, accessing support, and addressing challenges that may arise.
These sessions are a collaborative effort where we explore habits that may either hinder or enhance your progress. My approach is tailored to what best serves your needs.
Final
Time to celebrate your wins! We celebrate them the whole way through(!), however, in the final coaching session, the focus shifts to acknowledging progress, reflecting on learning, and achieving closure.
You will articulate your successes and review the insights gained throughout the journey. I will collaborate with you to design a plan that sustains or advances your goals, highlighting ongoing support and the resources available to you.
