MA in Intercultural Relations + FMCHC
Hi, I’m Danielle! I am dedicated to an active lifestyle and making the most out of every day. Why did I choose this path? In short, during the pregnancy of our second daughter, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Confused and desperate for answers, I began researching the impact of GD and how best to continue healthily in the pregnancy. It was then when I discovered functional medicine. Navigating the complexities of this condition opened my eyes to the importance of nutrition, self-care, and support in achieving optimal health. It ignited a passion within me to empower others to take control of their well-being, armed with knowledge and resilience. I realized that my experiences could help others facing similar challenges, guiding them toward healthier lifestyles and greater confidence. The gestational diabetes diagnosis was a turning point in my life that profoundly shaped my journey toward becoming a health and wellness coach. Now, as a coach, I strive to inspire and support individuals on their journeys, helping them transform obstacles into opportunities for growth.
I believe that a healthy lifestyle isn't one-size-fits-all. My aim is to help you pinpoint the areas that matter most to you and find ways to integrate positive changes into your existing routine. We will work together to define your goals and develop a plan with practical, achievable steps to set you on the path to thriving. Health is not just about physical fitness, but encompasses mental, emotional, and social well-being. By fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment, I help clients explore their motivations, set achievable goals, and develop sustainable habits that align with their values.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Intercultural Communication, a Certification in Functional Medicine Health Coaching, and am working toward a certificate in CHEF Coaching. I continuously seek to expand my knowledge of holistic health practices. My focus is on building a collaborative partnership with my clients, where we can identify barriers, celebrate successes, and learn from setbacks together. My mission is to motivate you to take charge of your health, cultivate a positive relationship with food and movement, and ultimately live a more fulfilling, balanced life.
